Welcome to the Church of St Michael and St Mary Magdalene, Easthampstead.
We are the Church of England Church for the southern half of Bracknell although of course we welcome worshippers from wherever they live.

Ascension Day 2012 2
Daily Prayers Monday - Friday at 8.30am and 5pm - A thoughtful and prayerful way to start and review the day.

Sunday 20th May - Ascension Sunday
  • 9.30am Parish Eucharist Sung Eucharist with Junior Church in the Parish Centre from 9.10am - Coffee, tea and cakes after in the annexe.
  • 3.30pm Church 4 U A short, simple Eucharist with songs, crafts followed by sandwiches, cakes and tea. All welcome.

Health and Safety Advisor

PCC needs urgently to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor and invites anyone who is interested to apply in writing or email to , via the Parish Office or the pigeonholes. Please give details of any relevant training or experience. Deadline 31st May 2011. This is a voluntary part-time post.

What's happening

FLOWER FESTIVAL

To commemorate Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee there will be a Flower Festival and other events during the weekend of 2nd - 4th June. Please come and enjoy the amazing flower arrangements around our beautiful church. With crafts for the children, refreshments and music for all.

PENTECOST - 27th May 2012

The visiting preacher at the 9.30am Pentecost Festal Eucharist is the well-known author Canon Angela Tilby who is Diocesan Canon at Christ Church, Oxford.

FOOD BANK

We are collecting for Food Bank and there are boxes at the back of church for your contributions. At present the Foodbank urgently needs Pasta Sauce (Jar), Sponge Puddings,Tinned Tomatoes, Fruit Juice (Long Life - Not Chilled), Breakfast Cereals

CHURCH OPENING

The Church is now open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. A place for quiet contemplation.
