'Is there more to life than this?'It will soon be 2011, and we will be making the same New Year resolutions, with the hope to change our life forever! Well have you ever thought of doing something new next year like taking up an Alpha course - well if you do - please read on.
The Alpha course is designed primarily for people who aren't churchgoers, but can also be beneficial to people who are already Christians. People attend for a wide variety of reasons - some want to investigate whether God exists, others may have attended church occasionally, but feel they have not really understood the basics of Christian faith and others just want to go back to their 'roots' and refresh their faith.

The course lasts 10 weeks and each session begins with a meal where people can get to know everyone else in the group. Each week, the talk looks at a different aspect of the Christian faith, followed by discussion. There is no charge for attending the Alpha course, although you may be asked to contribute towards the cost of the food.
