The safeguarding of children in our church life is of the first importance.
Church needs to be a place where children and young people can grow and flourish and the Diocese of Oxford has well-developed and thought through Policies and Procedures on the safe-guarding of children and young people.
As a Church we have implemented those policies and procedures, annually check that we are still following them properly and revise and change our practice in line with changes in Diocesan Policy.
It is impossible to entirely eliminate risk but we believe that we are doing all that we can and should to minimise it. If you have any concerns in this area, please contact the relevant person on the
People page.
