Bracknell Winter Night Shelter

The Night Shelter is to provide a warm, safe and comfortable place for people who would otherwise be out on the streets sleeping rough. Running until the end of March during the coldest time of the year.

At St Michael's our night is Friday and there is a great team of volunteers who provide an evening meal, overnight support with camp beds and sleeping bags and breakfast in the morning.

Father, your son was born in a stable
because there was no room for him in the inn.
We pray for those in our world who are without homes,
for the poor, the refugees
and those who fall through the gaps of our society.
We pray for those who are using the shelters
provided by our local churches and we pray for those
who are providing that shelter, warmth and welcome.
